Always check at amazon.com-- they sell from various vendors and will have unexpected good deals. I forgot justnebulizers.com is free shipping over $75 so I bought 6 Sprint Nebs for $78.70 which was $13.12 each.

It is OBSCENE what your DME provider will charge for these things- approaching $30 in many cases. I know insurance doesn't ultimately pay that much, but it's crazy. I wanted a backup compressor for Emily so I purchased a Vios- it came with 2 Sprint cups, tubing and a Bubbles mask, all for about $60.00 including the shipping. Our DME charges a fortune for the compressor alone.

I agree on the DME I went to pick up hypertonic saline and the pharmacy had the Pari set, compressor and 2 nebds, for $60, but I had to drive to a DME location so my insurance could pay $60.

What neb do you guys use for hypertonic saline?
