Pari?

I noticed their stickie wasn't at the top of the Adults section anymore and then I realized their logo is gone.

...hmmmmmmm

I think it's a shame they've left us (if they have). I think we had a lot to teach them.

My personal bif with Pari is that you have to send them the unit before they'll send you a replacement. I haven't been as loyal to many companies in my life as I have been with Pari. I would think they'd cut some slack....instead they say I should borrow a machine from my doctor's office while my machine is being eval'ed for a warantee claim (gross ugh!). They should send me a new unit with a return label for the old machine. If it still works then refurb it or give it to someone in some developing nation with bad care.

I have to say I have been very disappointed with my most recent device from them... the Pari ProNeb Ultra II. It's a piece of crude. It makes me a little hesitant of the eflow but I guess that's made by a different division.

yea, despite they have a mission statement about helping those with respiratory diseases, including CF, they'r not even on here, anymore.

They even reference Cysticfibrosis.com on their product catalog!!

I sent the the PARI U.S. an E-mail in regards to my inquiries after sending one to PARI Japan, I guess I'll try and send another one to the one in Japan again, and this time try it in Japanese (maybe they were intimidated by my English), but I hope they understand it!!
