Hi there,

OK, so anytime I see an 'older' person with CF I always want to know more about them. I hope you don't mind that.
But, obviously you have been very successful in handling your disease. So what's in your opinion has been essential to your health? What do you think has gotten you to 57? And congrats to you for that. I don't even know you and you're already an inspiration to me! Seriously, hearing about people like you gives alot of us encouragement. So any tips? Thanks for your interest in my story!! I would love to answer all your questions and suggest you contact me via email. I will try and respond in a timely manner.

You should know that I have used lots of non traditional ways to deal with my illness including many alternative practices and a healthy dose of denial. So don't expect to learn some magic formula or some specific steps you can take to a long life. I also think my survival has a lot to do with luck.
