pharma NAC

Just wondering...how many of you have tried or are using the pharmaNAC.
Do you mind telling me how many times a day you are using it and what results you have seen.

I am still trying to decide whether to go full throttle with it or not. (I am using it once a day along with oral glutathione.)

I've been using it for about a month and a half. I take 900 mg fizzy tablets, twice a day. I haven't noticed much of a difference, personally (other than in my pocketbook). I'm going to keep taking it though. My FEV1 did increase from 34 to 35%, but that's not very significant.

READ this thread if you are taking NAC.

No comment but this article would be a concern to me.

After trying something for a few months, you know your body the best.

I have just started the fizzy NAC, but I am doing half a "disk"- 450- in the mornings right now, and then 2500mg of the GSH. I think I may stick with this (if I can save the other half for the next day) as I read something that recommended these amounts (approximately ). I'll see if I can find the article. I like the results I've had with the GSH, but I have changed other things at the same time too, so I can't contribute all of the rise in my FEV1 last time to GSH. I just know that it was the highest it has been since 2002 at my last clinic visit, about 3 months after I started it. I am hoping that the NAC will help keep it up- we'll see...
