Possible cf

My daughter was born on 10/30/10. The doctor called yesterday to let us know that her newborn screen showed signs of cf. We go on the 7th of Dec to do the sweat test. I am calling the dr Monday to ask some questions about all of this and I need to know, what should I ask?
