Posting video clips

I've uploaded a video to photobucket I'd like to post on the site but I don't know how to. Does anyone know if this is possible?

I posted it with it's IMG link and it just shows the first screen but doesn't offer a way to play it. Also, when I looked up old posts to try to figure out how to do this I saw someone mention not posting a photobucket video on the site because the number of hits it would receive would take up all the bandwidth of her photobucket account.

Maybe I need to look at CFTube but I'm not sure I want to "publish" it.

Also, when I looked up old posts to try to figure out how to do this I saw someone mention not posting a photobucket video on the site because the number of hits it would receive would take up all the bandwidth of her photobucket account.

Maybe I need to look at CFTube but I'm not sure I want to "publish" it.
