Just wondering if anyone has tried this or heard any pwcf using this to help strengthen breathing muscles?

Sounds, a lot like the therapep. Also a resistance breathing
device. I use it and it supposed to strenghthen the lungs and also
help clear them out.

If you close your lips, and try to breathe through your mouth the experience of using this device is just about the same. With the machine you can measure the training

Doing this time after time can possibly cause acid reflux because you are creating so much pressure on your diaphragm muscle it puts a pressure on the stomach as well and the rest is history
