You won't get any more information here that is beyond opinion, educated guesses, and research based. Look up the term "Mycelized" and see what happens to fluids that are mycelized when added to other fluids. The H2 Orega bottle itself states "H2 Orega is mycelized wild oil of oregano--The water soluble type. This means that is completely (notice the word completely) dissolves in all liquids, including water, juices, soups, and more. Great for kids, the elderly, even pets--It's so easy to use and is quickly absorbed"
That is exactly what it says on the bottle. Given the meaning of the term mycelized, and what it says on the bottle, I would assume so. If you are concerned, you could google up different forms of mycelized substances and their actions when added to fluids. Or you could call the company and ask them directly:

Beyond that, people will believe what they want to believe no matter what credible or possible non credible sources. It's like trying to tell someone who takes in a ton of artificial sweetener that it's probably bad for them. Well they don't want to get fat, and they still love soda. So it's a moot point, bearing what the person is inclined to think in the first place. And that goes pro or con.
