Yes there is as long as you havent deleted them which I guess you havent since you didnt know you could read them LOL!
Click on the area that says PRIVATE MESSAGES
Now to view the ones you sent you need to change the PRIVATE MESSAGE FOLDER fro INBOX to SENT
This will show you all that you have sent. Then click the view option next to which ever message you want to read. These steps apply for viewing the INBOX as well. Same procedure for deleting the messages except you click on the delete option.
