resize picture?

I wanted to post a picture of my scar in a post in the transplant section.. Only for a day or two.. I'm going to take it off and when it is off you can ask me for the adress to my photobucket..

So i posted it but it was soo big! How do i resize it? How do i get it a lot smaller?
