saline timing with nebbed antibiotics

When is the most effective time to inhale saline when also doing nebbed TOBI? We are concerned that we do not want to dilute the antibiotic in the lungs...THANKS:)

The suggested order of inhaled medication is as follows:

Bronchodilator -- Hypertonic Saline -- Pulmozyme -- Antibiotic -- Steroid
