Does anyone know if these exist? I know about BEF and Elizabeth Nash for those with CF, but does anyone know if anything exists for the family members? I am really considering getting out of the military and going to school Full time to complete my nursing degree within the next two years.....

Hey Julie,

Just wanted to quickly say that if you are in the military local college's usually give out a very good, if not total scholarship...

If you were to go to ..a local college for nursing school it would take about 3 years if you wanted your RN... Unless you already have Microbiology, Chemistry and A&P one and two done already......

If I were you I would look into the local colleges, see what scholarships are available through the school you want to go to... Then apply... It can take a year or two before you get accepted into the program, depending on the demand of your school.

Where I went to school, there was only 120 seats available in Nursing 1 and they had over 500 applications, so they go by how many prereqs you have done and your GPA....
