Second generation correctors + df508 heteros updates

Second generation correctors in healthy volunteers next month. 2016 in trials with triple combo for both ddf508 and heteros df508!!!

The in re reading I discovered something that looks amazing...vertex says that in vitro the triple gets cftr function to increase three fold over just 661 and kalydeco. so so before it was going from 25ish to 45ish percent, but threefold would mean from 25 ish to nearly 75ish. Kalydeco only got 551 to 50 % and that was a miracle for many. Hoping vertex releases updat d slid s showing the in vitro improvement but from the press release it looks like the extra testing came up with two correctors even better than what it had last year!
