why do alot of the topics have a line on the bottom that says report this to the moderator???????

Actually, all of the messages say that. It is there so that when someone posts a comment that is uncalled for the administrater (or moderator) can take it off. If you look through the teenager section, you will see that the administrater locked a couple of threads because the subject matter was offensive to many people and getting out of hand.

I hadn't explored all the threads in a while and was truly amazed at how many thread were locked out on teenager forum, for good reasons. I have recommended this forum to some people on another forumn who was looking for a penpal for the young ones. So it's good to see there monitered in that way.
