Skin Rash From Contact with Pulmozyme?

Has anyone ever gotten a rash on their skin where Pulmozyme touches it? When I open the ampules, a drop or two of it (pulmozyme) almost always gets on the skin of my left first finger in the same spot. Even though I always wash my hands after I handle it, I've developed a constant itchy rash there that looks a lot like poison ivy and itches just as badly. Just wondering if it is a coincidence ...or if anyone else has ever had this happen?

Yes, my Son reacts to the Pulmozyme if he has an open sore in his mouth. We only discovered this last year, but if his has a mouth ulcer or a cut lip, he will swell up at the site. It was very scary the first 2 times, but has become old hat now. He complains about it being itchy also.
