I have just discovered the world of Sparkpeople.com and personally love it! It is helping me stay on track with my healthier lifestyle (diet and exercise)! It is a case of my husband and I trying to lose weight while trying to get the kids to gain!!!
Just this week, I found a "team" on there of a couple of other parents with CF kiddos so I thought I would pass this along.
