Hey everyone,

I just got the Cayston and I got a free sterilizing machine with it. I have never used one before. My question is, how many times a week do you sterilize your neb cups and eflow machines?

Hi Kristen....I sterilize Zoe's circuits EVERY single time she uses them. Without exception. I don't risk bacteria setting up in them at all. I only trust boiling them. Boiling has always been the best method...no doubts as to whether or not they are sterilized.<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">
