I notice when I am under a lot of stress or when I'm "runnnig myself into the ground" that I feel very tight in my chest. Not really an increase in phlegm, but definitely airway constriction and even a slight fever. That's my sign to chill out and rest for a day or so. yes!!! i do!!! whenever I get angry I start having a MAJOR coughing fit and sometimes I spue blood with it...thats why I dont like to get in fights because I get so angry I cough and it ruins it lol....sometimes I think with all the crap that goes on in my life if it happens on purpose to get me coughing more hahaha crazyyyy
