Summer Fun ideas with 4 yr old and baby!!

Now that our new lil one is a month old and 4 yr old is going STIR CRAZY we are really getting ready to get out of the house. I'm  having trouble thinking of fun things to do to entertain the 4 yr old but that are good for the baby. I won't be able to bring him out to the beach or theme-type parks till at least the end of the summer. Maybe 3 months old or so.<br>We've pretty much exhausted the 'lets take a walk' thing already...she's getting bored of it and so are we!<br>Got any good ideas for family fun?? (we live in the tri-state area btw, if that helps anyone with ideas)<br>
