I use a veterinary hand sanitizer which contains benzalkonium chloride. It's bactericidal against MRSA and C. Diff among many other "bugs" while alcohol-based sanitizers are not. If you're interested, the product is manufactured by a company called Veterinary Healthy Hands. Also take into account the following article regarding why some may avoid products with benzalkonium chloride....
