This is an exciting election here in the US. I know my cousins in Denmark love to talk about it too.

Healthcare is in the forefront as we listen to the candidates debate.
Why do you think a candidate has the best healthcare platform? How will this benefit our e-patient community?

Are their differences between Hilary & Barrack's plans?</end quote>

My understanding (PLEASE correct me if I am wrong) is that Hillary wants "free" care for everyone mandatory & Obama wants it optional & possibly pay for it at a reduced price compared to what it would be nowif you paid for insurance.

Thank you. I wasn't sure on this.

Not to start a whole political thing, but as I was reading a blog this week that stated that a CFer couldn't get in to the hospital due to no rooms available (I assume due to the flu right now), I wondered if that would often be the case if we get socialized care here & everyone from the company CEO to the janitor to the homeless man on the corner could go to the hospital when needed.

In a perfect world, everyone should be able to go to the doctor if they need to, but it just got me to thinking of where our future could be headed. Not saying good or bad, just musing...

edited to add: anyone want to start a Hospital Construction business with me??
