My oldest son started using the Vest when he was 4 I think. My youngest starting using it when he was 18 months old. I love it b/c it cuts the treatment time down to half the time it used to take. I like it b/c we no longer need to turn them all around and I think that they like it (as much as they ever will)much better than the manual percussion. My oldest does his on 18 & 3 for 18 minutes and my youngest does his on 16 & 3 for 18 minutes. Thankfully there isn't much lung involvement for either of them. <img src="i/expressions/vest.gif" border="0">
