Things we take for granted when were feeling good

I've been thinking about this a lot, now at a time when I'm not feeling so good. When I'm sick, I don't feel like cleaning, cooking, going for walks, bike rides, most of the time I can't even take care of my daughter like I should. But when I'm not sick, I am able to do all theses things but most of the things I should do, I don't. When I'm healthy, I should go for a walk with my daughter, but I never do, even though I know I won't get worn out. Or I should keep my house spottles, because I have the energy, I just don't. What are some of the things you all take for granted while you healthy or when our not coughing every 15-20 minutes or out of breath just because you walked up a flight of stairs?

It happens to me quite frequently. I think I dont "accomplish" things that I am physically up to when I am well is because "mentally/emotionally" I am enjoying just feeling good. I also have learned that I tend to overdo when I am feeling well to make up for the times & the things that dont get done when I am not doing so well. Then when I overdo I pay for it. I have learned to balance a bit better, but its definitely an area that needs continuous work for me. I personally have such few days that I feel "GREAT" that I want to savor them instead of filling it with things that I know cant be accomoplished easily at other times. Right? Maybe not, but reality? Yes
