Tips on starting exercising again

I've just been diagnosed with bilateral vestibulopathy (which I've actually had for about 4 years now; same time as my CFRD diagnosis), and I have found exercising very difficult. I can do stationary exercises, like weight lifting, etc., but not any running or swimming without feeling extremely dizzy, nauseous and sick. This has been very frustrating, and I just have basically stopped exercising altogether. I used to play soccer all the time, from when I was 4 until I was 15 (I'm 18 now).

I was just wondering if anyone has any tips for me to get back into shape? I'm also going into my first year of college, so that's freaking me out a bit too! Should I just keep with weight lifting and whatnot?

Thanks for your help!

lift weights, high protein diet, (don't water it down too much with the protein shakes, only use those once you've hit your protein intake for the day-- if trying to bulk get at least 2 grams of protein per lb of body weight)

and repeat. hit the gym 4-5 times a week, targeting one body part per day, and stack up on your vitamins to help with absorption.

come back in 3 months and thank me .
