TOBI in eflow (or TIP)

So, I have always had an extremely bad cough while on TOBI. I'd rather be in the hospital on IV Tobramycin than at home on inhaled TOBI. I just cannot tolerate it. Anyway, I now appear to have 3 strands of psuedomonas and I am finally taking Cayston every other month. However, my doc wants me to consider taking TOBI on the off months of Cayston. I got the impression that one or the other was not out yet, but that he wanted me to try the powered TOBI (Tip?) or TOBI in an eflow.

So, here are my questions. Are either of those out yet? What is your coughing on either of these compared to inhaled TOBI with a regular nebulizer? Is there anyone like me that can't tolerate TOBI with a regular neb, but did well on one of the other forms of inhaled TOBI? Thanks for all of your input.
