ventilator weaning facilities in Philadelphia, PA

hi Just wondering if there is anyone from the Philadelphia area that can help my family find a ventilator weaning facility for my Mom who has resp. problems after a big surgery. Sorry this question is not exactly CF related but I did not know where else to turn. I figured maybe someone could help.Thanks!Kathi 32 CF

Hi Kathi, I live close to the phila. area, but i dont know what exactly a ventilator weaning facility is? Have you asked your nurses at your cf clinic, if they know of one? If you arent from the phila. area yourself, let me know, and maybe i coud ask my nurses if they know of one around the phila. area. Good luck, ~ Diane
