my daughter just got hers a couple of months ago. We started at a low pressure and have gradually worked up to the recommended 60%. Before we got it we were using a handheld percussion machine and she was lying in the drainage positions unable to do anything. The vest is great because she can do crafts and play games with us. It has forced us to have a half hour of quality time each evening.
