weening down prednisone

since im still relatively new the the whole transplant scene.............i was wondering if i should expect to feel any weakness or soreness from going down to 25mg of prednisone as opposed to 30mg?????   ive been on pred before (pre-tx), and felt pretty crappy when i stopped it,  but i always stopped "cold turkey", ive never gradually decreased the amount taken before. any info is appreciated..........
