Weird Taste?

For the last couple of months I've had something happen but I'm not sure what it's relating to or what it is.
Whenever I cough I get this really weird taste in my mouth, I don't know how to describe the taste though. It's kind of sour tasting. I thought maybe it could be since I was dx with PA a couple months ago it was that, or because of the Tobi?
Anyone have any ideas or experience something like this please let me know <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

It could be from your sinuses, it could be from the PA (tho this tends to have more of a "sweet" taste). It could also be meds or even acid.....


Do you notice before/after meals, nebs more?

Hey -

Have they checked your sugar levels recently. I sometimes get a numb feeling in or around my mouth if my blood sugar is really high or really low. It may be because of that. I get a funky taste when eating certain foods as well - mostly milky type foods it will go from being good to just odd flavored.

The only other thing that I can say is I know whenever I used to have flareups of MRSA or Psuedo I would get distinctly different tastes in my mouth when I would actually cough stuff up. Psuedo wasn't so bad but I would just feel like I had horrible breathe constantly but the MRSA taste made me gag at times it was so strong and just gross.

Hope you are able to figure out what the issue is and that it is nothing major.
