I am so curious to know that how juvenile rheumatoid arthritis attacks young people.
What could be the category of young people who suffers with JRA.

I think most of articular fibrous problems are due to stress. This can either be one single effect injury or recurring small stress. A specific number of fibrous damage is 'osteochondritis dissecans' where a well-demarcated small area of fibrous and actual cuboid drops its blood flow, passes away and gradually pieces and distinguishes into the combined joint.

[h=3]There are three different types of cartilage -- hyaline, elastic, and fibrous
Cartilage damage can occur for various reasons. Growth or repair of cartilage unfortunately has limited potential.
If a joint is burdened by improper alignment, excessive weight, excessive activity, overuse, or injury, articular cartilage wears away.
