What did you eat today?

I'm about 43Kg 94lb right now and want to gain a couple. My BMI is about 18 and it'd be nice to have a bit extra (I recently was ill and lost some).

Today I had:

B: I apple and 1 glass carrot juice, black tea
large bowl alpen with extra raisins and soymilk

Snack: 1 banana and 1 coffee

L: Leftover chickpea and chicken curry with rice, small salad (cucumber and tomato), 1 thorntons chocolate, 1 full fat yoghurt.

S: fruit cake with margarine

D: 1 fried egg, chips, beans, slice of bread and butter, hummus, ketchup

Dessert later: fruit and nut chocolate and maybe a glass of milk.

I have also walked 3-4 miles, and cycled quite hard for 40 min.

I reckon that adds up to about 2500-3000kcal. Not bad work.

Today another good day exercise wise, I did a 3.4 miles run and then a 3 mile walk.

B: 1 slice toast with PB and marmite, 1 bowl muesli with soymilk. 1 apple

S: Cup of coffee, square of chocolate

L: Large slice seeded bread with hummus and cheese, spinach, tomato, celery with more hummus. 1 cracker with pb and some raisins.

S: 1 chocolate fairy cake.

D: Spaghetti with prawns and chilli, garlic bread, broccoli.

1 white chocolate magnum ice cream.

Exercise wise, I did less, two 20 minute walks.

Are you sure you are getting enough calories? You do a lot of exercise and it doesn't seem that you are eating excessive calories...

Just a thought (take care of yourself!).
