I know it is wrong but when I have a really hard day I smoke but my best stress reducer is locking the bathroom door and soaking in a hot tub with a good book.
I have a few things I do depending on what type of stress. Sometimes a simple hug from my daughter or hubby do the trick, but most of the time a great song that I can blare & sing my lungs out to hoping no one thinks I am in serious pain & send an ambulance
