Hi,
I already 4 weeks inhale about 15ml hypertonic saline every day with Pari eFlow rapid nebuliser (and about 20ml solution saline and 2,5ml Pulmozyme ) . I supply with that Amiloride (Amiloridi chlorati 0,006...Natrii chlorati 0,18...Aquae destil. ad 20,0 ml). I have read that in some countries people inhale it as a replacement of Pulmozyme. What experiences with Hypertonic saline do you have?
I feel its better than Amiloride, I can better expectorate and I feel the duration of drug action is longer...
And do you have any experiences with Azithromycin (longer treatment)? I was taking it for a week and it hepls, but now we have with my doctor decide if i will take it for a longer time (to preserve my good condition) or not (we beware of bacterial resistance).Thanks.
