What is the orange button with RSS?

What is this, does anyone understand it? It's the button in the blue area at the top, above the topic lists.

Look a little like a blog, but I don't know about blogs to know any better.

I'm not sure what button you're talking about. I don't think I see one?

When it is implemented, it will be a form of a news feed. Similar to like the CNN news ticker on the bottom of the screen I think.
