What to do when there's a pooping emergency

Last weekend we took DS to a movie and I wasn't paying attention -- should've given him additional enzymes, as he was pretty much munching on popcorn thru-out the entire show. So the next day the first poo of the morning -- sorry if TMI -- oil slick.

He'd gone a couple of times, had breakfast and I decided to take him and the dog for a long walk and as a treat figured I'd take him to a park at the halfway point. Well we were just about to the park and he says -- Mommy, I have to go poo! Oh oh, the park we're going to does NOT have bathroom facilities and because it's soooo new, not even a tree to hide behind. I ask him if he can hold it 2-3 blocks to his grandparents house. They're out of town for the summer, but I know the code to get into the garage and where a spare key is stashed. Get to the house and the code doesn't work. Panic!!!! I call DH, no answer. Call my inlaws and I've got the right code -- NOT WORKING. Comment from the peanut gallery (evil SIL), it worked on Thursday. Grrr!

Meanwhile DS is checking the doors and says I'm going to poop my pants. Fortunately I have plastic bags to pick up after the dog, so I get them up on the front step and sorta hide behind the column -- also a new neighborhood -- no trees. And DS proceeds to poop in the bag. I suggested he pee on their front steps being that I was in a bad mood about the door not working, but he didn't need to do that. <img src="i/expressions/devil.gif" border="0"> Had a flushable wipe in my pocket. And we were good to go. DS thinking he was pretty cool -- that he got to poop in a bag. And I was pretty impressed by his aim. Can't say I'd be able to do the same <img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif" border="0">

OMG that is tooooo funny!<img src="i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif" border="0"> That sounds like Austin though. I have had to stop many times to let him out to pee. He has managed to hold the poo though. Thank goodness!
