Why do my bones hurt so bad?

So I've been needing antibiotics for quite some time now, but had to hold off until I made it to the second trimester of my pregnancy. I'm schedule to get admitted on Monday (finally!) but things have been getting progressively worse - including that my bones are killing me. When I sit my back hurts, when I stand my legs hurt, and when I lay my hips kill...so bad that it keeps me awake at night.

I mentioned it to my doc, but she had nothing to say. Does anyone know why this happens?

Could possibly be microfractures resulting from vitamin D deficiency.
