Women-Cayston/Abx affecting your cycle?

I began Cayston 3 months ago. (I'm on the 2nd cycle of it now)
I have years of charting my cycle and I've always been regular.

It may be a coincidence, but the past 2 cycles have been so off. Strangely-I am having mucus come out of me at the oddest times. Of course there is the typical ovulation mucus, and thats normal. (i get that around day 21-23ish)
But I'm getting mucus on days 11,12,13...21-23...27,28,29..CRAZY!
Getting mucus more than once a month has never happened to me in my life.
I mentioned it to my mil who said, "well its been 2 months, and you've also been on that new medication the past 2-3 months."
I've also had tons of mucus coming up from my lungs as well as old rock- hard blobs from my sinuses.
Anyway, has anyone noticed Cayston affecting their cycles in any way?
