I know it's been posted here several times but i always forget to write it down.. cause i'm slow... but this time i promise i will write it down... i know there are certain types of things you can take especially when you're on antibiotics to help prevent yeast infections other than the normal yogurt and what not... i am wondering because i am ridiculously prone to them.. like sometimes just soap washing down my body cause irritate it... and so on.. so i was wondering what it is that everyone else uses

A great book is "Conquering Yeast Infections - A non-drug solution for men and women" by Colet Lahoz. I am currently doing her program (though I don't have CF - just a carrier) because I suffer from these issues as well. Also, "The Yeast Connection" is great.

I give my son with CF a probiotic daily as a preventative and to help improve gut function and reduce inflammation. We also do almost no sugar.

Just stumbled upon this. <a target=_blank class=ftalternatingbarlinklarge href="http://www.wholeapproach.com/yeast_infections.html
">http://www.wholeapproach.com/yeast_infections.html
</a>It has the book I referred to and you can purchase the products as well. The Attogram line is a bit pricey. I bought the bentonite, psyllium, and acidophilus (I use 5 billion version) separately and just purchased the liquid caproyl from this site. I have heard that the DDS probiotics are superior in many ways though.

I start acupuncture on Tues. If anyone has wanted to try it and would like to know what it is like I am happy to let you know. Not sure what to expect...just hope for better health.

Either take Acidophilus everyday or have yogurt everyday. Make sure the yogurt you buy has the active yeast in it like...Activa.
