See the thing is I've been reading some medical publications that say vit D supplimentation does not work so well. That the only real way to get vit D is by UV (sun).

36 male. I had a low testosterone test. It was barely within the lower number. At the time the docs didn't know about the CF. They said being tired, depressed or sick in general can bring it down. A while before that I had a test and it was closer to the middle of the range.
