    Friend w/CF

Hi Sara, Since this post came back up, I'll put in my $0.02. I have attended CF camps since I was 13 years old. I never really knew or understood anything about the 3-foot rule and never paid any attention to that when I was at camp. Even though I don't attend camp anymore, I am still...

    Eflow

I absolutely LOOOOOOVE the eFlow. I love how quiet and fast it is. It's great for traveling too. I was told by my CF doctor that pulmozyme is ok to use in it, although only a half a dose - but he also said that it wouldn't hurt me if I did the whole dose either. I guess something with the...

    CFer around a new baby

It should be perfectly fine. They don't really fit the description of "immunocompromised". Plus, a lot of CF women have their own babies.

    Nebulized antibiotics

My spouse is an RT, and when they nebulize things like Tobramycin/Tobi, they make sure others are out of the room. I think it has something to do with becoming resistant to it when you're exposed to it and you don't need it. I honestly don't think it creates that big of a problem and I let my...

    pulled muscles in chest

Thanks everyone for the advice and experiences. Luckily my chest feels better today, but I know it's only a matter of time before I pull it again. But it's good to know that I'm not the only one that experiences this, so thanks!

    pulled muscles in chest

Hi everyone, Does anyone have problems with pulled muscles in the chest? I have had an ongoing problem lately with a muscle in the front of my chest that I keep constantly hurting. I was up for hours last night trying to get comfortable. I seem to pull the muscle at night, and I'm almost...
