like emily said, sometimes it can be rough to tolerate but other than the occasional stubborn day when i decide not to do it, i love it! i can definitely tell a difference when i havn't done it....

i go to UNC and LOVELOVELOVE it. can't say enough good things. i'm not sure where you are but it could be a really long drive to get there....another girl on this forum JennifersHope goes to a center in SC i believe, not sure which one though, but maybe she'll chime in on this....and as Jessi...

hey paula, i use it and like it. i've only been on it for about 4 months but that got me through the worst of the allergy season with less sinus pressure and headaches and allergy symptoms (runny nose, congestion etc.) so i think it works pretty well!
