i'd say i'm mildly moderate maybe? my fev1 is around 58%-60% when i'm feeling great and when i'm sick i drop down to the mid to low 40s. i'm not good at motivating myself to work out on a consistent basis but i'm sure that would help bring my pfts back up. i still bounce back pretty quickly...
