    Did you have an episiotomy or laceration? I think that would be the deciding factor. I think if you had either of those, it would probably be safe to wait until 6 weeks postpartum. I can't remember how long it takes for the stitches to dissolve/fall out, but you don't want anything rubbing...

    When I used Tobi with a Pari LC and regular neb it took about 25 minutes. Now I use the eFlow for my tobra and it takes about 5 minutes.
