I have read that DDF508 is the most common mutation combination and *usually* presents with a moderate case of CF, including both digestive and respiratory. Not sure how true all that is.

I feel like manual CPT and the vest is more of a passive method, whereas the Acapella, PEP, Flutter are more active. I feel like the Flutter really gives my lungs a workout and it makes me take deep breaths, use controlled coughing, etc. It's always interesting to see how different people...

I totally know what you're talking about. I have always got up in the morning feeling junky...it's all that crap building up in there overnight. I don't think there's really anything you can do about it. My remedy is just to do my CPT/nebs first thing in the morning and it tends to take care...

I'll have to disagree with what Danyell said above about the Acapella/Flutter ...as I use my Flutter daily and have done that for over 13 years. I was also given the Acapella at one time to replace the Flutter, but I found it wasn't as effective for me. I have tried the vest at CF camp years...
