I'm not sure if the statistics have changed much, but the last I knew it was 50% survival after 5 years. That might be old news though.
I know 2 CF women who are 15+ years post-TX and no signs of rejection in either of them!

1) FEV1 pre=86%, at 5 mos pregnant=87% (and I have an appt in a few weeks)
2) FVC pre=98%, at 5 mos pregnant=99%
3) Pancreatic insufficient
4) No CFRD
5) 26 yrs old when got pregnant
6) ? (not there yet!)
