not exactly the best nutrition in the world but if you mix instant pudding w/ whole milk and a package of scandi shake (vanilla) you get about 1140 calories all at once.

Boy o boy. I don't know exactly how to say what I'm thinking. Maybe because I'm not sure what that really is. I am 56 w/ CF myself but have not had to go through so much of the things that many of you do. It is such a shame that the only answers that anyone can come up w/ are doing so much...
