I have had cold hands all my life, esp. during the winter time, feet are warm. For me it does not make any difference whether exerciseing or not. My sats are normal, so I just suck it up and move on. I can put gloves on and hands are cold, and they will sweat at the same time???

I get mine from the makers of Creon, free along with a rebate for the copy for purchasing the Creon. After insurance and rebate = zero cost to me for the Creon and free vitamins. They also have frre nutriton products for CF patients. Do search on comp. for CFcareforward. Good Luck!!

I also over the yrs. have had this problem. What works for me is to do my pm rx. before we go out. Just a suggestion. Other wise I find myself doing a neb. rx at 12:00 am or later. People know that I have CF but they really do not unerstand the time factor. Good luck!!
