    I have finished up grades and can now look forward to summer. I am looking forward to a visit to the beach and lots of reading. What about you? Any exciting summer traditions/plans?

    Well crud! I am so sorry that you have to fight this! Were they able to identify which strain? There are several kinds of myco. I have m.cheloni and sometimes cultured another (sorry, can't remember that one right now). The tough part about a myco bacteria is it is really hard to identify...

    To those who use Glucose Meters....

    Hooray for accu-check mulitclix-hurts much less than regular lancets. This is not recommended, but I usually use a lancet a day and not switch it each time I test. I do clean my fingertip off before poking though.
