I have a lot of problems with my GI system and getting blocked. I have used mineral oil, in a thing called a chocolate bomb. I'll get the recipe for it from my mom. Before I use it though I would talk to your daughters GI doctor.

I wan to start running but I don't know how long and how often I should. I don't want to over do it. Also is running outside or on the treadmill better?

Vitamin K helps a lot my pulmonary doctor prescribed it for me when i was getting tons of nose bleeds and it stops them, so it should work on your throat. And the temporary stopping of the cleaning of sinuses can help since some of the stuff can go back into your throat and make it bleed.

i have a hypoallergenic dog and he doesn't bother me. i make sure to wash him once a month so that any dirt or anything that may irritate me comes off of him. i don't think i could ever get rid of him though, he's my buddy when i get sick.
