I am wanting to drive a semi now too....haha. I feel as though when I am told I can't because of CF, I try a million times harder until I do. And I always do. I think that is the amazing thing about us. I have never met someone with CF who doesn't give mostly everything in life 110% plus some.

<P>Another CF friend shared this article with me and I ordered a bottle from a well know site that offers pharmacuetical quality supplements. I would like some input on this topic. I would like to hear from those of you who have tried it, what you think and also what you think about the...

I think it is a very difficult decision to make. Ultimately for me, and my own personal reasons, I chose to be "legally" married to my husband. I am blessed to have a husband who does carry pretty good health insurance, as well as my own SSDI. At times we do struggle. I really do wish this...

I applied in March of 2010 and got my approval letter in August 2010. I did not use a lawyer, but I did however keep a 3 day log of my very crammed medication schedule to prove just how time demanding CF is and I used that to argue my case against holding any type of "Real" job. Best of luck to you.

I know this is probably completely impossible, but a walk out balcony would be amazing- especially for longer hospital stays. For those of us that cannot leave our room because of bacteria we culture, it would be nice to be able to get a little fresh air or to escape hospital air for a moment...

Nicer toiletries, when admitted w/o preperation. Speakers for I-pod/music, coffee maker is an amazing idea that someone else mentioned, small eating table with a chair or two- so we don't have to eat dinner in bed, nice/spa like/relaxing decor, mini fridge, netflix to stream into tv, i also like...
